In a bid to share mutual benefit between Nigeria and Poland, the National Orientation Agency (NOA) is to partner with the Polish Embassy on communicating the Transformation Agenda of the present government.
Mr. Mike Omeri, Director-General of the Agency made this known when the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Nigeria, Mr. Przemyslaw Niesiolowski paid a courtesy call on him.
He said that all Embassies in Nigeria should open up and extend the frontiers of collaborations not only in areas of economy and trade, but also interact with institutions.
According to the Director-General, what accomplishment Poland has done is a pointer for Nigeria that the strength of a country lies in its values and orientation.
Speaking earlier, the Polish Ambassador, Mr. Przemyslaw Niesiolowski said that after the revolution that led to the fall of communist regime, there was a creation of new democracy in Poland.
Niesiolowski explained further that his country was able to reshape and transform its economy and society through transformation.
He said that with the experience of transformation, Poland will be in a better position to partner with Nigeria. He added: “It is worthwhile, that we pull our energies to form a partnership for better relationship between Poland and Nigeria”.
